Kingsyard is a private business park in Hartshill, Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire with both custom storage units and small offices currently available.
This is a mixed-use site with good on-site parking and no problem with access for delivery vehicles right-up to container wagons.
Kingsyard is located in the new Stoke and Staffs, Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and is on the boundary between Newcastle and Stoke, literally – our side wall forms part of the actual boundary, with Kingsyard only just in Stoke on Trent.
You’ll find us just off the roundabout at the top of George Street on the A52 from Newcastle to Stoke with locally well-known neighbours of Terry’s Fabrics, Vantage Tyres and Travis Perkins.
